Terms of Service

Humanoid Jobs (the "Service") is a web service provided by ASI Inc. (the "Company"). Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users (job seekers, corporate members and general visitors) regarding the use of the Service. By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Registration)
- A user applies for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company, and registration is completed upon the Company's approval.
- The Company may decline an application for registration if it determines that any of the following applies to the applicant:
- The applicant has submitted false information;
- The application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms;
- The Company otherwise determines that registration is not appropriate.
Article 3 (Account Management)
- The user shall manage their account information at their own responsibility.
- The user may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend account information to a third party.
- The Company bears no responsibility for any damage arising from the unauthorized use of an account by a third party.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, the user shall not engage in any of the following:
- Conduct that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals;
- Conduct related to criminal activity;
- Conduct that destroys or interferes with the functions of the Company's or a third party's servers or networks;
- Conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Company's service;
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users;
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof;
- Impersonating another user;
- Conduct that directly or indirectly provides benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's service;
- Registering or posting false job or profile information;
- Sales or solicitation activities for purposes other than those of the Service;
- Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate;
- Acquiring, collecting, reproducing, accumulating or building a database of the content of this site by means of scraping, crawling, automated programs or bots without the Company's prior written consent (excluding crawlers generally recognized as fair such as search engines, legitimate use through the Company's published official API or MCP server, and quotation or reference with the source clearly stated);
- Collecting or using the content of this site as a training dataset for generative AI or machine-learning models without permission (reference or quotation with the source clearly stated is excepted).
Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following applies:
- Maintenance, inspection or updating of the computer systems for the Service;
- Provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage or natural disaster;
- Computers or communication lines stop due to an accident;
- The Company otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult.
Article 6 (Copyright)
Users may post or publish through the Service only text, images and other information for which they hold the necessary intellectual property rights, including copyright, or have obtained permission from the necessary rights holders. Information posted by users through the Service may be used by the Company for the operation and improvement of the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability for non-performance of obligations unless such non-performance is due to the Company's intent or gross negligence.
- The Company bears no responsibility for any transactions, communications or disputes that arise between a user and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
- The Company does not warrant the accuracy or timeliness of job information provided through the Service and bears no responsibility for any damage resulting from the use of such job information.
Article 8 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change, add to or discontinue the content of the Service with prior notice to users, and users agree to this.
Article 9 (Changes to these Terms)
The Company may change these Terms without notice to users when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
