ASI Inc. (the "Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information on Humanoid Jobs (the "Service").
Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)
"Personal information" means information about a living individual as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, which can identify a specific individual by the name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address or other description contained in such information.
Article 2 (Collection of Personal Information)
The Company collects personal information in the following situations:
- When registering for use (job seekers and corporate members);
- When using the contact form;
- During the job application and hiring process;
- When requesting a quote for or entering into a robot rental or lease contract;
- When registering for surveys or the newsletter.
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
The Company uses the personal information it collects for the following purposes:
- Providing and operating the Service;
- Providing job information and mediating job applications;
- Providing robot rental and lease services;
- Responding to inquiries;
- Improving the Service and developing new features;
- Distributing the newsletter and notices (where you have consented);
- Preventing fraudulent use and ensuring security;
- Responding as required by laws and regulations.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the user's prior consent:
- Where required by laws and regulations;
- Where necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent;
- Where particularly necessary to improve public health or promote the sound upbringing of children;
- Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government or a party entrusted by them in performing duties prescribed by law.
Note that when a job seeker applies for a job, the relevant application information (name, work history, etc.) is provided to the hiring company.
Article 5 (Security Management)
The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information and to otherwise securely manage personal information. It also provides necessary and appropriate supervision of employees who handle personal information.
Article 6 (Outsourcing)
The Company may outsource the handling of personal information to external parties within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, it selects contractors that meet a sufficient level of personal information protection and conducts appropriate management and supervision.
Article 7 (Use of Cookies)
The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to improve usability and analyze usage. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.
The Company may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These tools use cookies to collect information in an anonymous form.
Article 8 (Disclosure, Correction and Deletion)
Users may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or erasure of their own personal information. Please contact the point of contact below. After verifying identity, the Company will respond within a reasonable period.
Article 9 (Changes to this Policy)
The Company may review the content of this Policy as appropriate and change it without notice. The revised Privacy Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on the Service.
