Robot rental / lease: Delivered on the schedule agreed with the customer after the contract is concluded - Cancellation & Returns

Job posting: Cancellation after publication is in principle not possible. No refund is made for the remaining period if a job is ended during the posting period.
Robot rental: No cancellation fee up to 7 days before the rental start. From 7 days to the day before, 30% of the fee; on the day, 50% of the fee is charged.
Robot lease: For early termination of a lease contract, a termination fee corresponding to the remaining period applies. Please refer to the contract for details.
Due to the nature of the service, refunds for digital content (job listings, etc.) cannot be provided. - System Requirements
