The Opportunity Allegro MicroSystems is looking for a strategic and results-driven Channel Partner Manager (CPM) to lead and optimize our distribution network in Japan. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring our channel partners are fully aligned with Allegro’s technical roadmap and commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Japanese semiconductor ecosystem, particularly within the Automotive (OEM/Tier 1) and Industrial (Robotics/Automation) segments. What You Will Do Channel Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive channel business plan for Japan to achieve annual sales targets and design-in goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive and field leadership at our key distribution partners. Drive "Innovation with Purpose" by ensuring distributors are aggressively identifying and winning new design-in opportunities for Allegro’s TMR sensors, power management ICs, and motor driver solutions. Operations & Performance Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to monitor partner performance, pipeline health, and inventory levels. Collaborate with the local teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting and optimal stock positioning for the Japanese market. Manage special price requests (SPRs) and ensure compliance with Allegro’s global pricing strategies and channel policies. Training & Enablement Coordinate with Field Applications Engineering (FAE) teams to provide regular product and technology training to distributor sales and FAE teams. Drive the adoption of Allegro’s sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) among channel partners to ensure they have the latest marketing and technical collateral. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in semiconductor sales or channel management, with a proven track record of success in the Japanese market. Native-level fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English are required to facilitate communication between the regional office and global headquarters. Deep familiarity with the Japanese automotive "Keiretsu" structures and industrial automation landscape. Ability to communicate the value proposition of complex analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions (Sensing and Power). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate Japanese business etiquette while driving the fast-paced, innovative culture of "One Allegro." Why Allegro?
